The opener, right-hand batsman Phil Salt, broke his own record by scoring 141 runs with eight sixes and 15 fours for the England team against South Africa, and the England team remains the top individual scorer in the T20I format, with Phil Salt scoring the fastest century in just 39 balls as South Africa was thrashed.
